Our final January challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is a sketch that opens the door to various manners of interpretation! I hope you have some great ideas pop into your head and I would love to see what you came up with for this challenge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been dying to use this new Little Ladybug Stamp set from Sale-A-Bration. I spent some time stamping and coloring the ladybug images red and some are yellow with the Stampin’ Blends Combo packs . Not sure if there are Yellow ladybugs everywhere, but I have seen quite a few here in Alabama. The yellow ladybug is what inspired the use of yellow for this card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used all but 1 of the ladybug images on this card. The absolute best part is that I was able to die cut all of these little guys that I colored, to use on another project with the coordinating die set that will be released 3 February 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dry embossed image is from the Country Floral embossing folder. I used a sponge dauber to get the Daffodil delight into the rose images. It was a bit tougher, but I managed to get a bit of Old Olive into some of the leafy images. The pictures do not do the Old Olive any justice, it truly does look better on the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
