This post brings you a card created for Global Design Project #228 CASE = Copy And Selectively Edit<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. The challenge is to CASE a card created by Charlet Mallett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy and selectively edit…..I always find the word selective to be intimidating, what if I do’t make the wrong choice? I feel like I came up with something that copies\/resembles elements of the design. My take pulls out the vertical focal point, the subtle text in the background and a wrapping floral element. I too went with the bottom center sentiment strip but left out the side sentiment, I felt like it was more for translation purposes to the predominant “Merci” sentiment. The French translation for God is Love is Dieu est amour. I don’t have any letter stamps that fit the overall style of the card, the translation sentiment, I think would take up to much space on the card, so I left that element out.
