<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\nAre you ready to see a sneak peek of some new Stampin’ Up! Products? Well I have for you the iconic flower of the summer. I created this card as my answer to this weeks sketch challenge at Global Design Project #GDP242<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. This card will also be going to my sister who has a birthday in June. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Painted Harvest was my all time most favorite Sunflower stamp set, the watercolored effect, so many options, I was so sad to see it retire. Alas, we must accept change and move forward…may I just say, this Sunflower set, Celebrate Sunflowers, has some fantastic sunflower and leaf images. The sentiments are also all well rounded and make it so easy to use this bundle as a one stop shop for card creations. The coordinating die set Sunflower dies cut out all the flower and leaf images, as well as, offer a bit more leaf details and sprigs. A beautiful bundle (also part of a gorgeous suite called Flowers for All Seasons Suite) that will be debuting in the brand new 2020-2021 Annual Catalog. Here we go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n The sunflowers are stamped in So Saffron and Cajun Craze, the In-color ink pads were not available for pre-order, so I went with the next best thing available in my stash. The leaves are die cut from the new 2020-2022 In-Color Just Jade, I stamped the leaf images in the stamp set with Mint Macaron to offer a bit more visual interest. The 6″x6″ Designer Series Paper is Flowers for Every Season. This DSP collection offers just that, flower for every season. Sunflowers, Roses, Poinsettas, Peonies – every season IS covered. The pattern I chose for this card represents 4 of the new In-colors, Bumble Bee, Just Jade, Cinnamon Cider and Misty Moonlight. The new In-color Cinnamon Cider cardstock is peeking out around the DSP Background DSP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Whisper White background is dry embossed with the new Greenery embossing folders – a set of (2) 2-3\/4″ wide mini embossing folders. This folder embosses on each end, where the sunflower is sitting, there is not any embossing. This design is pretty neat and opens the door to many more design options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The sentiment “Lets Celebrate You” stamped in Cajun Craze comes from the Celebrate Sunflowers Stamp set. The sentiment is cut with new punch Lovely Label Pick a Punch. This punch provides the option to cut a label in 6 different widths with 2 different topper choices, offering 6 different toppers dependent on the width of the label. Confusing to read and explain, yes, but ingenious! The embellishments on the sentiment label are the to 2020-2022 In-color Enamel Dots in Just Jade<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not to forget the inside, as usual, I just had to stamp to smaller Sunflower image in this stamp set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thanks again for stopping by and spending a bit of your time with me.
