My mind has been drifting a bit more so towards the holiday season. One of my most favorite sources of inspiration are red barns set in forest scene with piles of snow – I love how the red barn pops right out, yet the surrounding trees provide a protective, cozy feel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

this card takes the red and turns it into a Rich Razzleberry – which isn’t too far off of reality. The pine trees pick up the Pear Pizzazz, and the huge wreath on the front is stamped in Mint Macaron with a Rich Razzleberry bow. The barn and pine trees are stamped in Memento Black ink, the barn is colored with the alcohol base Stampin’ Blends markers in Dark & Light Rich Razzleberry, the pine trees are filled in with a Stampin’ Write Pear Pizzazz marker and the wreath is stamped with Mint Macaron ink. The finished scene is die cut with a Deckled Rectangles die, then matted with a piece of Rich Razzleberry card. The finished panel is attached with Stampin’ Seal to the Basic White card base. The sentiment “Happy Holidays” from the Brightest Glow stamp set is stamped in Rich Razzleberry. This time, due to lack of energy and a foggy brain (flu like virus – negative for flu), I simply skipped (reality – forgot) to treat the card interior. I am just mostly hopeful that some if not all of this most makes some kind of sense to you all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
