Hello, and welcome to our 2nd Tuesday in November. So anxious to see what you create with the first sketch challenge of the month.We would love to see what you are inspired to create. Please post your card creation(s) to our blog at CAS Colours & Sketches.
This is what this sketch has inspired me to create:
Started to feel a bit Christmasy, so I wanted to go with this gorgeous Poinsettia Petals Suite. As part of the suite, there is the Poinsettia Petals Bundle which includes the Poinsettia Petals Stamp set and Poinsettia Dies….together they create the most beautiful Poinsettia. My colors are Silver Card stock and Seaside Spray a 2019-2021 In-color. The greeting “Peace & Happiness” is stamped in Seaside Spray and comes from the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp set. The chain images stamped in seaside spray are from a retired set called Thoughtful Blooms. The center of the poinsettia flower is embellished with Beaded Pearls…they are gorgeous! The berry sprays are cut from Silver Card stock and Seaside Spray card stock using the berry die cut from the Poinsettia dies.
