Hello Friends! Welcome to the sketch challenge, by Yoonyoung, the final challenge for March. Seriously, how much faster does time have to go! Anyway, loving this sketch challenge, and I can’t wait to see what you are inspired to create. I have already seen some outstanding ideas from the team. I am spinning full speed ahead into all things Spring. Spring Break for my kids is just around the corner. I have a Senior in High School graduating in May, then my first born will be out of the house headed for college 6-1/2 hours away to play basketball. Time is flying by way to fast – anyone have a direct line to Father Time? If so, can I ask a big favor? …..Slow it down please, if rewind is possible, I am all in.

You will now recognize the meaning of my sentiment, “Enjoy all the little moments”. The magnitude is huge! We are definitely soaking up all the teeny tiny moments, little moments, big moments and huge moments. For instance my big man – all 6′-10″ of ‘Bama at heart boy, just committed to UVA-Wise to represent and play basketball as a Highland Cavalier. All the “feels” are very much present – more than any is Proud, of my boy. No better way to leave High School than to be recognized as one of the 7A Boys State Basketball Champs! They pulled it off. Enjoy ALL of the “Little Moments”, they come and go way to quickly.

For this card I went oh so simple. The sentiment is what called for my attention, so I just went with what was available in this Eastern Bunny Stamp set. It’s a little carrot, stamped 5 times in Pumpkin pie and Old Olive Ink. The sentiment “Enjoy all the Little Moments” is stamped in Old Olive. The panel is cut with the largest Stitched Rectangles Dies, matted with a piece of Old Olive Cardstock, cut to fit, then attached to a Daffodil Delight card base. Sticking with the Spring references. Inside the card is lined with Basic White card stock then spruced up with a left over strip of Old Olive card stock and a couple of larger carrots stamped in Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive, from the Sale-A-Bration stamp set Thanks a Bunch. All the feels of the moment caught up in this card. Little Moments become big moments and life goes on…..like it or not.
