Welcome to June! My name is Shannon and I will be your hostess for the month. We start the month off with a color challenge, bright, cheery springy colors.

I love this color combination, so for me I had fun creating this card. But keeping it simple seemed to be a bit of a distraction. I had to create several different renditions of this card, just to get it out of my system and so I could see how to simplify it. So here we are with the simplified version. the colors in photography turned out entirely way more vibrant than they actually are on the card – the colors are way softer on the card. All three colors are stamped in their first generation glory, then filled with their 2nd generation color. The images come from the Flowers of Beauty stamp set. The sentiment come from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set.
