With this post I bring you a very simple, pretty card. This is my answer to the sketch challenge CTS #345 at CAS(E) this Sketch!
In my opinion, one can never go wrong with purple! Just about is shade of purple is agreeable with me. Since this card is all about the sentiment I had to use the sentiment from the stamp set Enjoy Life “How beautiful a day can be when kindness touches it”. This sentiment is appropriate for anyone, at any time, in any place. Kindness! Plain and simple.
The card base is a half sheet of Whisper White Thick card stock, with a mat of Highland Heather. On a piece of Whisper White card, I blended Highland Heather ink over one of the stencils in the from the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks. Then using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, stamped the sentiment “How beautiful a day can be when kindness touches it” from the Enjoy Life Stamp set. Inside the card I blended a bit more Highland Heather in the bottom corner.
