Simon Says Monday Challenge – Happy Hour

Hello everyone, so glad you could stop by. Today I am re-inventing the wheel. I utilized this card for a Freshly Made Sketches challenge and it seems to be appropriate for this challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge which is Happy Hour. You guys know how much I love a challenge.

As a refresher I used the Half Full Stamp set from Stampin’ Up! The card base is Fresh Fig. For the Whisper White front panel I stamped the wine glasses in Memento Tuxedo Black, then used Stampin’ Blends to color the various flavored grape juices in each glass to represent White, Red and Rose wine. On scrap Whisper White I again stamped the wine bottle, colored it using the Stampin Blends, then fussy cut the bottle, attached it with dimensionals to the front panel. Using the Big Shot I die cut the word “thanks” from Fresh Fig scrap and adhered to the front with liquid glue. With the front panel complete, I attached it to the card base with tear-n-tape.

For the inside of the card, I stamped a sentiment from the Half Full stamp set on a piece of Whisper White, then in the bottom corner stamped another glass of red wine, colored with the Stampin’ Blends.
