Another Frightfully cute Fun Fold card.

I think, I have saved the best and spookiest Halloween card for last.
This card starts with a Basic Black top folding (tent) standard A2 card. The front flap is scored and folded at 2-3/4″ to create an easel fold card that folds the other direction, different from the standard easel card. This card comes together with a watercolor background I created just by smooshing the paper on watered down Gorgeous Grape, Polished Pink, Pumpkin Pie, and Memento Black ink. The glare that comes off of the black portion is from a spritz or two of a retired Stampin’ Up! paint called Frost White. I created several background using this technique for this card and if you follow me you may have noticed it in a few other backgrounds. The words are die cut from the Word Wishes dies in the Annual Catalog. I cut 2 from basic black card stock and 1 from Black Glitter Paper. The bat is die cut and built in the same manner – it comes from the Sparkle of the Season bundle. The window frames are cut from Crumb Cake cardstock using the die from the Window Flower Box dies – They are 2 layers each, inked around the edges with black ink , all in the name of depth. The top window frame die cut, I dipped the die into the Crumb Cake ink pad so that color could get in the wood grain. I used more of the watercolor background in the window and glued on stars cut in black glitter paper from the dies in the Frightful tag dies. The moon image from the Frightfully Cute stamp set is 2nd generation Smoky Slate, with the witch stamped in Memento Black ink. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. The stopper is square pieces of Black glitter paper and Cinnamon Cider cardstock – another moon image, the owl is cut from Soft Suede card. The personal message box is Basic White matted on Cinnamon Cider, both cut with Stitched Rectangles dies with a few extra Black Glitter paper stars.
