I have for you another June 2020 Box of Sunshine Paper Pumpkin Alternative using the Lemons! As with the pineapple, I see Bermuda Bay in the leaves, so this alternative leans on the Bermuda Bay but use a good bit of Crushed Curry.
The layers attached to this Whisper White card base are first, a Bermuda Bay mat, topped a Basic Black mat cut from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. On top of that is a Crushed Curry layer that has been dry embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder – my most favorite embossing folder of all! I can’t have a card with some kind of texture, gotta have it. There is a horizontal layer of Basic Black and Bermuda Bay, topped with a portion of the sun ray card front from the kit. Above and below the horizontal strip is one strip of the Black and White Polka Dot strips from the kit, cut at an angle. Then come the die cut lemons and leaves from the kit. The greeting “hello” is stamped in Bermuda Bay on one of the die cut labels in the kit that I cut in half. I add a little extra pizzazz with the sequins in the top left corner.
Inside, I simply put down a scrap strip of the dry embossed Crushed Curry card, then used the edges of the Black and White Polka Dot sticker sheet to top off that strip.
I really do love how this card came together, hope it inspires you a bit too!
