Nothing’s Better Than…

Here is a fun card created with a new bundle in the Stampin’ Up! 2020-2021 Annual catalog. The bundle is Nothing’s Better Than and includes Love You More Than coordinating dies and a photopolymer stamp set Nothings Better Than. What is your jam? Cookies, Coffee, Chocolate, Cocktails? This set has you covered.

For this card I chose to use a striped pattern from the 6″ x 6″ Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper. The stripes include a couple of the new 2020-2022 In-colors Magenta Madness and Bumble Bee Yellow. The red stripe is Poppy Parade. I stamped the coffee cups in Bumble Bee Yellow, Magenta Madness, Cinnamon Cider, Misty Moonlight and Poppy Parade. Using the fill-in stamp for the cup, I stamped off each color then filled in the cup then die cut each cup with the coordinating die. For the front of the card, using the Cinnamon Cider ink pad, I stamped off the coffee cup then used the 2nd generation to create my own DSP. Then I dry embossed my new DSP with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. Cut the embossed DSP into a thick and thin strip. Then matted the Cinnamon Cider card on the striped DSP from the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper. Then attached the panels to the Whisper White Card base with dimensionals for elevation.

From Early Espresso Cardstock, Whisper White Cardstock and Brass Foil I also die cut the words Love You More than Coffee. I stacked the words to give them height and depth. Inside the card I attached another coffee cup an then used a strip of my left over DSP and matted it on a left over strip of the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper.
