This new Peaceful Poppies Suite just released by Stampin’ Up! in the 2020 January – June Mini Catalog is my #1 favorite Suite in the new release! The colors in the Designer Series Paper are so rich and vibrant, it really helps that this combination of colors is truly my favorite combination.
This card was so simple to create, the DSP is what makes the card, the simple stamping just pulls it all together. Blackberry Bliss is the central color to the whole card. A Blackberry Bliss Cardstock mat frames the DSP that follows the lead of the large poppy Blackberry Bliss water colored bloom on this DSP pattern. Following that trend, the sentiment “Thank you For Being You” from the Morning Star Stamp set, The large poppy image from the Painted Poppy Stamp set and the filler image are all stamped in Blackberry Bliss. The filler image is stamped off once or twice before going onto the bloom image. Sticking to the simple theme, the same images are stamped on the inside corner. Clean and Simple.

I’m so excited for these, I love those ladybugs in the hostess stamp set The Little Ladybug Stamp Set – my daughters nursery and pre-teen room were done with ladybug themes. The racoon in the Special Someone Stamp set has also won my heart. I have both stamp sets and I am so excited to see the coordinating dies. There is a Designer Series Paper Pack that will work with several of the bundles from the Mini-Catalog and the flower punch from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. Gotta check these items out!!
