Card Challenges

TGIF Inspiration Challenge #TGIFC212

Hello everyone thanks for taking some time to stop by today!

Today I have a card I created as my answer to the TGIF Challenges #tgifc212 Challenge for Paper Flowers. It is also a card I created for my daughter who is graduating from Elementary School!

Today I have for you a very fun 3D-ish challenge – using paper flowers. Of course it is graduation season and I have one graduating from Elementary School and another graduating from Middle School so graduation is a big deal around here!

I created this card most appropriately for my daughter, I know she will love it. I used the Itty Bitty Bloom punches from Stampin’ Up! for this challenge in Poppy Red, Gorgeous Grape and Mango Melody. From the Verdant Garden Stamp set I used the vine image up the outside edge of the card in Old Olive, then attached my blooms to that Vine. I die cut the word congrat 6 times from Whisper White card stock and once from Old Olive – glued them all together then Clear heat embossed the final Old Olive layer to give the word Congrats a lot of shine and dimension! . I attached 3 more flower blooms to the C to carry the flowers over and balance out the card. I attached the finished panel to a top folding card. I love how this card turned out I hope you do to.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed the card as much as I enjoyed creating it. It turned out so cute! Hop on over to TGIF Challenges and check out what other very talented designers have created as well.
