March is upon us! With March comes a new hostess, this month Jeanne is bringing us a color challenge full of bright springy fun colors. I am sure some beautiful creations will come from this collection of colors. Can’t wait to see what you are inspired to do, as always if you are so inclined please post a photo of your creation in our challenge gallery here.
Well, these colors are quite springy, and….. we are currently planning for Spring Break. So, the beach is on my mind, and I have this new stamp set that I am absolutely loving. It is called Waves of the Ocean. The Fresh Freesia and Flirty Flamingo screamed sunrise/sunset. The Soft Sea Foam reminded me of the Gulf of Mexico waters – the Emerald Coast. A little blending brush action for the morning/evening sky using Fresh Freesia and Flirty Flamingo. The stamped wave image is the Soft Sea Foam, then for added dimension I die cut the wave from the coordinating die set in Soft Sea Foam as well. I inked the edges of the clouds with Fresh Freesia as well. The sentiment is Flirty Flamingo and is also from the same stamp set.
