Hey there – Welcome to my happy place!

What a fun sketch put together by our CAS Colours & Sketches hostess Cecile! Can’t wait to see what you are inspired to create with this sketch – so many options. We would love to see what card creations you are inspired to create, so please to consider posting them to our challenge gallery here.

Must admit, I seriously dropped the ball on this challenge and did not create this card till the night before it was due at 8:00am the next morning. Somehow, I came up with idea and threw it together in about 15 minutes, with a tiny bit of daylight to spare for photos. Clearly the sun was mostly down (and it was cloudy!) None the less, mission accomplished – I have definitely if nothing else achieved a crisp and cool feeling card.

What did I use? Basic White cardstock thick and Basic white cardstock. Garden Green and Orchid Oasis Ink pads. A little assistance from The Reindeer Dies, Regal Reindeer Stamp set and the, one and only absolutely adored, Artistically Inked Stamp set. Paper Trimmer, dimensionals (aka – foam tape). For this card, I can give thanks to my bullet journal/ planner! Creating my December spread, pulled out all the Christmasy stamp sets I had, these two were in the mix. Artistically Inked and never very far out of my reach – ADORE!
