Cloud Nine A Card Challenge created by Freshly Made Sketches#FMS385
Hello all, thanks for stopping by! I come to you with another design challenge from FRESHLY MADE SKETCHES Challenge #FMS385. I so love doing these challenges, I am almost addicted. They encourage you to possibly think differently, go outside of your comfort zone maybe even. I love learning how the sketch designers interpret the challenge they come up with. I also love seeing how the challengers perceive the sketch or whatever the challenge is at the time. I would encourage everyone to get involved in challenges, they are so much fun. Its not about the winning for me (though that is pretty cool!) it is about changing my preconceived notions! An attitude adjustment if you will.

Somehow for this challenge the soon to be retiring Stampin’ Up! Up and Away Thinlit dies and coordinating Lift Me up Stamp set entered the thought process. The sketch did say any shape! So as I perused my stash, I began to see a floating balloon. At first I saw a fish bowl (which I have attempted before, thought I should do something different!) I love how this design turned out, it is fairly quick and easy. It involves stamping, die cutting on the Big Shot or device of choice, an ink technique which are pretty easy to do with a dauber, stencil, or cloud die cut for example. A little bit of sparkle and there you go. Atmosphere begs for sparkle! Some dimensionals add an a little extra pop to the now fluffy clouds. Truly placing one on cloud nine, as the sentiment from the Lift Me up stamp set suggests.
I hope you have enjoyed our time together. Hope to see you again real soon, possibly with another challenge. If you are interested in any of the items I have used with this card they are listed below. I must warn you that the Lift Me Up stamp set and the coordinating Up & Away Thinlit Dies are retiring as of 3 June, they will no longer be available. If you are interested in either of these items get them now, before they float away forever.
