I am in love with how this card turned out, and it was so super simple to pull together. The Card base is Very Vanilla Thick Cardstock cut to 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″ for a top folding card. On a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock I used the Cheers die, hanging on the the letters center pieces. Using a Stitched Rectangle die I cut out the Cheers sentiment for the card front. In Memento Tuxedo Black Ink is the sentiment “To the New Year” just under the die cut “Cheers”.

The decorative panel is attached to a piece of Gold Glimmer Cardstock cut slightly larger than the front panel to allow for a sparkly golden border. Then the letter centers are adhered with liquid glue. Now the cheers glitters bright and gold, resembling the sparkly glass of champagne that is soon to come! So pretty! For additional sparkle, a length of 3/8″ Very Vanilla gold metallic-edged ribbon is tied around the base of the finished panel. The completed panel is attached to the card front with liquid adhesive.

Inside the card is a Gold heat embossed sentiment “Raise your Glass” from the Cheers to That Stamp set. In the lower left corner is a gold heat embossed decorative element also from the Cheers to That Stamp set.

So Simple …… I love it!
