A Frightful-ly “Cute” Halloween Card.

More Halloween fun for you guys today – using predominately stamp set and coordinating dies from the current Mini-Catalog called Frightfully Cute bundle. I did lean on another bundle from the current Mini-Catalog called Sparkle of the Season Bundle.
To start our card base is a Basic White Thick cardstock, side folding standard A2 size. I cut a 1-1/4″ strip of Black Glitter paper, then a 1-3/4″ strip of my watercolor background that I created with Gorgeous Grape, Pumpkin Pie, Polished Pink and Memento Black ink. Then I cut (3) 1-3/8″ squares from Basic White scraps. Also on scraps I stamped the moon image in 2nd generation Smoky Slate and the Happy Halloween sentiment, which did come from another set called Sparkle of the Season. It can also come as a bundle with coordinating dies and is a great year round bundle, also from the current Mini-Catalog. The sentiment is die cut with a label die from the Frightful Tags Dies. The bats are die cut from Black Glitter paper and are from the Seasonal Swirl dies. The spider web and stars are from the Frightful Tags die also die cut from Black Glitter paper. On (2) of the Basic White squares I black heat emboss a witch and spider. All the edges are inked with Memento Black ink. I attach the squares and sentiment to the card base with dimensionals. The inside didn’t turn out as successful as I would have like, I splattered the same inks in the lower corner that I used for the watercolor background and black heat embossed the bottle images. However, Wha-la!
