Peaceful Poppy Just Because

This post brings to you an inspiration card for the Sketch Challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #361. Working into my 3rd month as a Design Team member and still loving every bit of it. I am getting into a floral groove it would seem lately, so here we go with the Peaceful Poppies and Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper. Why not mix poppies and lilies?

The sentiment is from another stamp set in my stash, it just really seemed to work with this design, it is stamped in Blackberry Bliss and cut with a stitched rectangle Die. I chose to go with Blackberry Bliss as my dominant color, while the poppy is Petal Pink and Rococo Rose. I think this pattern from the Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper really pulls all these colors together. Inside the card is a field of poppies, stamped in Blackberry Bliss and colored with Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blends Combo pack.
