Happy Fathers Day!
Quick and easy card made with the He’s the Man Suite. My dad is big into old cars, so this is the first thing that came to mind for him. He is also a huge golfer (think daily), the argyle die cuts reminded me more of golfing than old cars, so to sneak these in to frame the sentiment – just fits. The card base is Early Espresso card stock cut to 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ with a top fold. The gold cardstock is from the Brushed Metallic cardstock collection, I used it at the matt to the patterned paper and for the die cuts. All the tiny bits that you can see are the leftovers of the argyle die cuts. Thought they would add a perfect touch of manly glimmer and extra dimension. All the stamping in done in Early Espresso, I used the Early Espresso ribbon under the sentiment, to tie everything together. Inside is lined with Very Vanilla card and stamped with a modified stamp from the collection. The front sentiment is also on Very Vanilla die cut with one of the Stitched Rectangles dies.
