Welcome back to another weekly challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches. This week our hostess Jeanne has created this sketch challenge. Can’t wait to see what you can create with this, so please share your creation with us at CAS Colours & Sketches.
This has got to be the yummiest card ever! This card uses the Sweet Ice Cream Bundle.
This is just about s clean and simple as I can get….. we begin with a Whisper White thick card base cut to 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″ for a standard side folding A2 card base. On another Whisper White panel I stamped the horizontal line across with the sprinkles image from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set. On spare pieces of Whisper White I stamped the Ice cream scoop image in the set in Petal Pink, Bumblebee and Mint Macaron, then punched each scoop out with the Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch. I stamped the greeting ” Treat Yourself” in Petal Pink and cut out with one of the small Stitched Rectangles Dies. The cone is from Cinnamon Cider card then stamped with the cone pattern /texture image in Cinnamon Cider, then also punched it out with the punch. The greeting, ice cream scoops and cone are all attached to the stamped panel with dimensionals. The finished panel is simply glued to the card front. Inside, I stamped a scoop of Petal Pink (I envision peach ice-cream on a cone, surrounded by a few more sprinkles.

I see sherbet in your triple cone….and they are a fav of mine. So soft and pretty!!! Love the sprinkles too.
What a mouthwatering combination of colours and images Shannon! As if the triple scoop ice cream weren’t tempting enough you’ve added a border of sprinkles and a sentiment that positively urges us to treat ourselves!! Lucky I’ve just had lunch that’s all I’m saying…!
