So….this card was intended to go into the Global Design Project challenge for this week #GDP274, following the sketch below. Well, life got in the way and I missed the deadline. Here it is for you to see anyway.
The images for this card are from the Simply Succulents Bundle in the Mini January – June Mini Catalog. The images have been stamped in Memento ink, die cut with their coordinating die and colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers. The background is from a stencil I made with the background die included in the die set. I used a blending brush to softly blend Bumble Bee ink to just a hint of color at about the half way point. The stamped greeting “Happy Birthday” comes from the Art Gallery Stamp Set also in the mini catalog. The “hooray” greeting from the Well Written Dies is cut from Whisper White Cardstock and Craft foam that have been glued together. Inside the card I used the Pattern Play Stamp set from the annual catalog, The border lines are stamped in Bumble Bee.
