Julie, our fearless leader at CAS Colours & Sketches, has selected a very soft pallet for us to create with this week in our Colour Challenge, Flirty Flamingo, Gray Granite and Misty Moonlight. We would love to see what you create with this weeks color challenge, so be sure to post your creations on our blog.

Here is what I came up with.

This card comes together like this:

• Basic White Thick cardstock cut to 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″ for a standard side folding A2 card.
• Basic White cardstock trimmed to 5″x 3-3/4″, in Misty Moonlight is a row of dots from Pattern Play Stamp set, then embossed with Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.
• On scrap pieces of Basic White card a few of the circle images are stamped in Misty Moonlight, Flirty Flamingo and Gray Granite ink. Then the circle are punched out with a 2″, 1″ and 3/4″ circle punch. There is another 2nd generation Misty Moonlight circle inside the card. Can’t ignore the inside…..just can’t do it!
• The greeting “Oh Happy Day!” is stamped in Misty Moonlight Ink on Whisper White. The greeting comes from the Many Messages stamp set, the set can be bundled with the Messages Dies. A whole sheet of messages is stamped and then the die cut fits around each message cutting each sentiment out separately! Let me just say its AWESOME! (Peanut Butter/sliced bread….. somewhere in that category.)
