Today I had a play with the Flowers for Every Season Suite, combining the Jar of Flowers Bundle and the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle from this suite with the Ornate Garden Suite. The sentiment and the tag for the sentiment brought in the Lovely You Bundle. Then I threw in a few odds and ends to finish it off.
Here is the breakdown: The background is a piece of Cinnamon Cider cardstock, I stamped the large sunflower image from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set in Cinnamon Cider all over the cardstock piece creating my own patterned paper, then I dry embossed with the Pinewood Planks 3D embossing folder. The 2nd mat layer is a pattern in Bumble Bee from the the 6″ x 6″ 2020-2022 In-color Designer Series Paper. The final mat is Whisper White cut with a die from the Ornate Layer dies.
The focal image is created mostly with the Jar of Flowers Bundle which is mad up of the Jar of Flowers stamp set, which is where the floral image and Jar came from. The second part of this bundle is the Jar Punch. Using the Jar Punch, I cut a jar from Vellum and from Clear Acetate. The jar, stems and water are stamped on the back of the vellum to tone them down just a bit. To the front of the vellum I strategically attached the clear acetate jar. The Sunflower floral image is colored with the 2020-2022 In-color Stampin’ Write Markers. The extra sprigs of leaves were cut from a scrap of Just Jade using the dies from the Sunflowers Dies. The sentiment “Wildly Grateful” is from the Lovely You Stamp set. I love the combination of fonts that are used to create the sentiments in this mostly sentiment oriented set. Bundled with this stamp set is the Lovely Labels Punch. Such a versatile punch. I have attached a You Tube video to better explain how versatile this stamps is. The final pop and finishing touch on the front is the 2020-2022 In-color Enamel Dots in Magenta Madness.
Inside the card, I stamped the same Sunflower floral image from the Jar of Flowers stamp set. Then added a bottom border with a sliver of the 6″ x 6″ In-color DSP I used on the front.
