It’s the fifth Tuesday of August, and you know what that means: Timeless Tuesday Double Challenge! Bhavya’s final challenge for this month delves deep into the Retro-vault for a few retired Stampin’ Up! colors and a sketch. She has come up with a super cheerful colour combo with a very fun sketch from our past challenges. These color were apparently around a bit before my familiarity began with Stampin’ Up!, so since these colors were not in my stash at all I decided to go with Pacific Point, Bumblebee (though I was conflicted, I went with a very scientific method for decision making, I had to toss the coin – rock paper scissors would have been way to difficult – heads was Daffodil Delight and tails was Bumblebee.) This card is almost as simple as it can get!

Colors now selected, what will the stamp set of choice be – you may ask? One that is quickly gaining popularity in my workspace…Watercolor Shapes. This set is so much fun to play with. The sentiment “Happy Birthday” comes from stamp set Artistically Inked. The finished panel is die cut with a Stitched Rectangles die, for dimension and a touch of drama….the finished panel is mounted on the top folding A2 card base with Adhesive backed foam sheet. Another very necessary birthday card for a very heavy birthday month or two…Done!
